PERSONAL CARE

We provide in-home support including assisting participants with cooking, cleaning, food prep, budgeting, home and lawn maintenance, self-hygiene and monitoring/taking medications as prescribed

COMMUNITY ACCESS

We allow community access for our participants by way of taking them shopping, transport/attending appointments, transport/attending social groups and other outings/events

SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING

We provide 24/7 residential supported independent living from 1:1 to 3:1 care.

Head Leasing property for NDIS complex needs participants with intensive support up to 8hrs daily to assist them in building their capacity in sustaining their tenancy

CULTURAL AWARENESS TRAINING

FOR BUSINESS

We offer a Course with 3 Core Modules that defines the Impact of Colonisation and its subsequent effects on Aboriginal Community and their Kinship model.

The program covers:

  • Appropriate and Respectful Community Engagement.
  • Takes an in-depth look at engagement through assessment and/or casework framework
  • Cultural safety and Identifying/addressing Lateral violence

CULTURAL SAFETY

FOR BUSINESS

Cultural safety is a service offered to Non-Aboriginal organisation’s working with Aboriginal people/community and/or have Aboriginal staff employed in the agency. Cultural safety is complementary to staff supervision and done in conjunction with Aboriginal staffs’ team leaders.

ABORIGINAL CONSULTATION

FOR BUSINESS

Justiz provides ongoing consultation in relation to cultural advice to FACS upon consideration been given to remove children from their parents’ care, exploring family placement options and family conferencing for placement permanency
